All services are performed using reasonable care and accepted industry practices; however, no representation or warranty is made that all stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, organic growth, or surface blemishes can be fully removed. Woodward Pressure Washing shall not be responsible for damage, appearance changes, or loss arising from pre-existing defects, fragile materials, improper installation, age-related deterioration, hidden defects, or conditions outside its control. By approving service, the customer accepts these risks and agrees that any verified workmanship-related concern shall first be addressed through a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, one complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area/s.
